This is the short, plain-English version of what happens to your information on jadedsanta.com.

What we collect

When you join the Nice List, we collect your first name, your email address, and your confirmation that you’re 18 or older. That’s it.

How we use it

Only to send you Jaded Santa emails, such as new videos and updates. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles it

This site is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores form submissions and filters out spam on our behalf. Like most web hosts, Netlify may also keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.

Cookies and tracking

This site doesn’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Videos on this site are hosted here, not embedded from a social network.

Grown-ups only

The Nice List is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we’ll delete it.

Unsubscribe or delete

Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. To have your information deleted, email santa@jadedsanta.com and we’ll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
